Appliquez le gel d'aloe vera directement sur le cuir chevelu et les cheveux. Massez doucement, laissez agir pendant 20 à 30 minutes, puis rincez avec un shampoing doux et un après-shampoing. Utilisez 1 à 2 fois par semaine.
Pour la peau
Appliquez une fine couche de gel d'aloe vera sur une peau propre et sèche et laissez-le absorber. Utilisez quotidiennement comme hydratant léger, ou laissez agir pendant 15 à 20 minutes comme masque apaisant avant de rincer.
